All visitors of the CEC MUST stop at the park gate.

Why is there an additional park entry fee? All guests must pay a park fee to enter Samuel de Champlain Provincial Park during the Park’s operating season (May long weekend – Thanksgiving weekend). This park fee allows you access to all trails and waterways within Samuel de Champlain Park and is a legal requirement of Ontario Parks. A valid permit must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.
